Currently we only ship to 48 US continental states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Military addresses.

We ship your order by FedEx, UPS, USPS or trucking companies depending on the size or weight of the ordered items.
Trucking companies offer the following services for large items:
Curb side delivery: This is the default shipping service for all large items if not otherwise stated. Shipping company will delivery your order to the curb side of your address. Since no lift gate charge was included in your shipping fee paid, you will be expected to assist the delivery driver to unload the merchandise. You will move the merchandise to your home of office.

We still have one physical store and warehouse in CA, 91731, you could choose to pick up items from us if you are around us. It is easy, just click on the drop-down menu of shipping after you put the item you'd like to buy into the cart, choose "Local Pick-up For CA Customer Only", shipping fee will be changed to $0.00 automatically, then check out. Money will be saved.
We aim at your 100% satisfaction! If you don't, you can return it for up to 15 days after delivery. but 25% restocking fee and shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that are shipped free, our shipping and handling costs each way are deducted from your refund after the return arrived at our warehouse.
All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used or modified.
You will get a replacement if your order arrives damaged or defective and properly noted in the delivery receipt and reported to us in 30 days. We will arrange the return of the damaged or defective item.
Damaged or Defective
Extensive inspection and reinforcement packaging was made before releasing the order to carefully selected shippers. Still, occasional damage or defective items are reported.
Please inspect the deliveries carefully before sign the delivery receipt. Please note in the delivery receipt and have the delivery driver sign your copy If damage is discovered. You are encouraged to accept the order if the damage is minor or partial, due to replacement of damaged parts are way faster and easier then sending a whole set replacement.
All damage or defective must be reported within 15 days of arrival for proper action. Please check the number of boxes you receive with the number of boxes mention on the BOL (Delivery receipt). Please inspect the items well and Mark if any missing / Damage / Shortage of boxes on delivery receipt before sign and inform us, if you fail to do so we will not be responsible.
Concealed damage (without damage notes on delivery receipt) will need prepaid freight from buyer for replacement, except parts.
Our experienced customer service team will work with you to correct the damaged or defective item issue. You will be expected to email us some clear pictures of the damages or defects. Then our customer service team will diagnose the damage and file a damage claim against the shipping company on behalf of you.
We will NOT sit and wait for the claim result. We will start processing the replacement or parts or refund (if you are handy enough to correct it yourself) immediately. You will not be hold responsible for the expenses even the claim is lost.
Sales Taxes We do not charge sales tax, EXCEPT merchandise shipped to California addresses must pay 9.5% sales tax.
